    DescriptionMouse Anti-DARPP32 Recombinant Antibody (2A4G9). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Inhibitor Subunit 1B (DARPP32). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ELISA. PPP1R1B is a bifunctional signal transduction molecule. Dopaminergic and glutamatergic receptor stimulation regulates its phosphorylation and function as a kinase or phosphatase inhibitor. As a target for dopamine, PPP1R1B may serve as a therapeutic target for neurologic and psychiatric disorders.
