    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Lim2 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2518). Provided herein is a Rabbit monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lens Intrinsic Membrane Protein 2 (Lim2). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Lens intrinsic membrane protein 2 present in the thicker 16-17 nm junctions of mammalian lens fiber cells, where it may contribute to cell junctional organization. It acts as a receptor for calmodulin. May play an important role in both lens development and cataractogenesis.
