    DescriptionCYC116 is a potent inhibitor of Aurora A and B with Ki value of 8 nM and 9.2 nM, respectively. It is significantly less potent against a panel of cyclin-dependent kinases and other related kinases, with the exception of Flt-3 (Ki = 44 nM). CYC-116 displays broad-spectrum antiproliferative activity against a panel of human cancer cell lines with a mean IC50 value of 0.54 μM (range = 0.09 - 1.6 μM). MW: 368.46. Purity ≥98% by HPLC
