Mouse Anti-DND1 Recombinant Antibody (1H2). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to DND MicroRNA-Mediated Repression Inhibitor 1 (DND1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB. DND1 is a protein that binds to microRNA-targeting sequences of mRNAs, inhibiting microRNA-mediated repression. Reduced expression of this gene has been implicated in tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
