Description
Rabbit Anti-DNM1L (Phosphorylated S616) Polyclonal Antibody (PTM-CBPAB-0596YC). Provided herein is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody against Density-Regulated Protein, Dynamin 1-Like. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IF, IHC-P, WB. DNM1L belongs to the dynamin superfamily of GTPases. DNM1L mediates mitochondrial and peroxisomal division, and is involved in developmentally regulated apoptosis and programmed necrosis. Dysfunction of this gene is implicated in several neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease. Mutations in DNM1L are associated with the autosomal dominant disorder, encephalopathy, lethal, due to defective mitochondrial and peroxisomal fission (EMPF).
