Description
Mouse Anti-SEPT5 Recombinant Antibody (SP18). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human SEPT5. The antibody, clone SP18, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB, FC. Septins are highly conserved in yeast, Drosophila, and mouse and appear to regulate cytoskeletal organization. Disruption of septin function disturbs cytokinesis and results in large multinucleate or polyploid cells. Septin 5 is a member of the septin gene family of nucleotide binding proteins, originally described in yeast as cell division cycle regulatory proteins.
