    DescriptionPotent NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor; inhibits IL-1β (IC50 = 7.2 nM), IL-1α (IC50 = 12-18 nM) and IL-18 (IC50 = 10.3 nM) production. Selective for NLRP3 inflammasome over NLRC4 inflammasome and Toll-like receptor signaling. Inhibits inflammasome activation by soluble and crystalline NLRP3 stimuli. Reduces severity of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, skin inflammation and airway inflammation in mice. Also glutathione S-transferase omega 1 inhibitor. Orally bioavailable. Purity 98%.
