Description
Mouse Anti-VWF Recombinant Antibody (RFF-VIII R-2). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human VWF. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, IHC-Fr, RIA. VWF is a glycoprotein involved in hemostasis. VWF is proteolytically processed following assembly into large multimeric complexes. These complexes function in the adhesion of platelets to sites of vascular injury and the transport of various proteins in the blood. Mutations in VWF result in von Willebrand disease, an inherited bleeding disorder.
