    DescriptionMouse Anti-Rat SUR1 Monoclonal IgG1. Detects ~160kDa. Does not cross-react with SUR2B. 1 μg/ml of SMC-409 was sufficient for detection of SUR1 in 20 μg of mouse brain membrane lysate and assayed by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
