Rabbit Anti-TPH2 Monoclnal Antibody (EPR19191). Provided herein is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against Mouse TPH2. The antibody, clone EPR19191, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP and WB. TPH2 is a member of the pterin-dependent aromatic acid hydroxylase family which catalyzes the first and rate limiting step in the biosynthesis of serotonin, an important hormone and neurotransmitter. Mutations in this gene may be associated with psychiatric diseases such as bipolar affective disorder and major depression.
