Description: Mouse EPOC growth medium was designed and tested for our Mouse endothelium progenitor Outgrowth cells (mEPOC). This medium includes two components: Mouse EPOC basal medium (E3010-72G1) and Mouse EPOC growth medium supplement (E3010-72G2). The Mouse EPOC growth medium supplement includes fetal bovine serum and recombinant growth factors, and some lot-to-lot variability is unavoidable.
