Mouse EPOC growth medium was designed and tested for E3010-71 Mouse endothelium progenitor Outgrowth cells (mEPOC). This medium requires two components: Mouse EPOC Basal Medium (E3010-72G1) and Mouse EPOC Growth Medium Supplement (E3010-72G2). E3010-72G2 is the Mouse EPOC Growth Medium Supplement for E3010-72G: Endothelial Progenitor Outgrowth Cells, Mouse, Growth Medium Kit, BioAssay?. Use of EPC Growth Medium for Culturing EPOC: 1. Thaw the supplement (E3010-72G2) and add the entire volume (25ml) to the basal medium (500ml) (E3010-72G1). Antibiotics may also be added if contamination is a concern. 2. Take the amount of EPOC growth medium needed and warm to 37°C in a water bath or incubator. Avoid frequent temperature change to the entire prepared bottle of medium. The prepared Mouse EPC growth medium is stable for at least 1 month stored at 4°C.
