Description
Immunoglobulins are heterotetramers composed of 2 immunoglobulin heavy and 2 immunoglobulin light chains. The immunoglobulin heavy chain has a constant region and variable region. The constant is used for immunomodulation, the variable region makes one half of the antigen binding F(ab).
