Purity >98% by SDS-PAGE, MW: 44.7 kDa. The recombinant human TNFRSF10D/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 403 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 44.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhTNFRSF10D/Fc monomer migrates with the molecular mass of approximately 65-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-His 211) of humanTNFRSF10D (NP_003831.2) was fused with the C-terminal His-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
