Human INF-a/ISRE Luciferase Reporter Cell Line- HeLa is derived human cervical cancer, and stably express firefly luciferase reporter gene under the control of IFN-α/ISRE response element. This cell line is an ideal cellular model for monitoring the activation of TYK2 and JAK1 response Pathway triggered by stimuli treatment, enforced gene expression and gene knockdown.
