This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 3.12-200 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 1.17 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
