SRGN Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 156 amino acids (28-158) and having a molecular mass of 17.4 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). SRGN is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
