The LEGENDplex? Human CD8/NK Panel is a multiplex bead-based assay, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 human proteins, including IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-6, IL-17A, TNF-α, sFas, sFasL, IFN-γ, granzyme A, granzyme B, perforin and granulysin. This assay panel provides high detection sensitivities and broad dynamic ranges. The panel has been validated by detecting expected changes in biological samples.
