Description
Rabbit Anti-Human KRAS Polyclonal. Detects ~29 kDa. Band is higher than the predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-745 was sufficient for detection of HSP90 alpha/beta in 10 μg of human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-llama IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
