Description
Rabbit Anti-Mouse Collagen polyclonal antibody for IF, IHC-P, ELISA. Suitable for use in immunostaining of extra or intracellular components in light microscopy. IFA: (with fluorescein anti-Rabbit IgG conjugate) 1:80 on frozen mouse cartilage tissues. IHC(p): immunoperoxidase technique 1:1000 on fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse tissues. ELISA: 1:100 - 1:200 (OD 500) Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
