    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human IL-31 monoclonal antibody for WB. Interleukin 31, or IL-31 is a cytokine secreted by differentiated CD4+ T helper type 2 (Th2) cells. It is also released during inflammation of the skin, by macrophages and T cells. Because IL-31 is secreted by activated Th2 cells, it has a role in host defense against infection and may be involved in asthma, allergy and different types of bowel diseases.
