    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human BCAR1 polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC, ICC. Breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance protein 1 (BCAR1), also known as p130cas, Crk-associated substrate p130Cas, Cas scaffolding protein family member 1 is encoded by the BCAR1 gene (also known as CAS, CAS1, CASS1, CRKAS) in human. It is phosphorylated by src family tyrosine kinases and functions as a scaffold protein involved in various cellular events, including migration, survival, transformation, and invasion. BCAR1 has been implicated in induction of cell migration.
