Description
Reacts with NF-M from human, mouse, rat, cat and chicken. Other species have not been tested.
Immunogen
The immunogen used to raise this particular antibody was to the C-terminal extension of rat NF-M, the so-called KE segment, was expressed in bacteria and purified from inclusion bodies by dissolving in 6M urea followed by preparative gel electrophoresis on a Biorad Prepcell.
