    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human ITGAM monoclonal antibody for WB, IHC-P. Integrin alpha-M beta-2 (αMβ2) (CD11b/CD18) is expressed on the surface of several immune cells such as granulocytes and monocytes, and subset of lymphocytes. It is also expressed by neoplastic cells of myelomonocytic and monocytic leukemia and subset of acute myeloid leukemia. CD11b is an important marker to characterize immunosuppressive dendritic cells present in the tumor microenvironment.
