TRAF6 is a signalling adaptor protein, which is common to both TLR and TNFR signalling pathways. TRAF6 has been shown to interact with interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 and 2 (IRAK1 and 2) and also to interact with TNFR family members CD40 and RANK. |
