Western Blot, Peptide ELISA. WB: Approx. 140 kDa band observed in Daudi and in lysates of mouse spleen lysates (calculated MW of 101 kDa band according to NP_056992.4). The observed molecular weight is explained by the acetylation of the protein and it corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other sources. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa band in mouse spleen. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
