    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human CD47 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, FC. Leukocyte surface antigen CD47 is an integrin-associated membrane protein expressed in macrophage and some cancer tissues. It is a ligand for the transmembrane signal regulatory protein alpha 1 (SIRP alpha) and a receptor for thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) . The interaction of CD47 with other molecules can regulate various biological processes such as adhesion, apoptosis, and proliferation.
