    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human CD68 monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, FC. CD68 is an intracellular glycoprotein mainly expressed on macrophages and monocytes. It could play a role in phagocytic activities of tissue macrophages, both in intracellular lysosomal metabolism and extracellular cell-cell and cell-pathogen interactions. CD68 is also expressed by interdigitating reticulum cells in tonsil and some histiocytic lymphoma or histiocytosis, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (M1-M5 types) , and granulocytic sarcoma.
