Description
Rabbit Anti-Human NPRL3 polyclonal antibody for WB, ICC, IHC. Nitrogen permease regulator 3-like protein, also known as, -14 gene protein or Alpha-globin regulatory element-containing gene protein or Protein CGTHBA, and encoded by the gene name(s), NPRL3 or CGTHBA or MARE, is a component of the GATOR1 complex which inhibits the amino acid-sensing branch of the TORC1 pathway. NPRL3 is widely expressed. Inactivating mutations and truncating deletions in the genes encoding GATOR1 proteins are detected in glioblastoma and ovarian tumors and are associated with loss of heterozygosity events.
