Description
Rabbit Anti-Human PD-L1 monoclonal antibody for ELISA ,IHC-P. Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PDL-1) is a B7 related protein belonging to the BTN/MOG family. PDL-1 is essential for T-cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG. PDL-1 reduces the secretion of IL-2 and IL-10 from memory T cells by inhibiting cell-mediated immune responses. PDL-1 may be involved in reducing allogenic CD4+ memory T-cell responses to endothelial cells. PDL-1 is highly expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, placenta, and lung and weakly expressed in thymus, spleen, kidney, and liver.
