C57BL/6 mouse tail endothelial cells are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 mouse tail endothelial cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-7 days.
