ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Anti-NogoA antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and in immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Despite its predicted molecular weight, NogoA typically migrates at 180kDa in an SDS-PAGE.

Description
This Affinity purified antibody is directed against NogoA protein. The product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least five isoforms of Nogo are known to exist; this antibody is specific for NogoA and NogoE. Reactivity with NogoA from sources other than human or mouse has not been determined.
Immunogen
This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human NogoA protein.
