A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Description
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against other Mouse heavy or light chain proteins.
Immunogen
Anti-Mouse IgG gamma heavy chain was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgG gamma heavy chain in rabbit.
