Description
Anti-DARPP-32 antibody is directed against DARPP-32. Anti-DARPP-32 antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Anti-DARPP-32 antibody recognizes DARPP-32 from rat sources. Cross reactivity with DARPP-32 from other species has not been determined. However, reactivity is also expected from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine, chicken, human, mouse, Xenopus and zebra fish.
Immunogen
Anti-DARPP-32 Antibody was produced in rabbit by repeated immunizations with synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues from the N-terminal region conjugated to KLH.
