Western Blot. Anti-HSF2 Antibody is suitable for WB. Expect a band approximately ~69kDa protein in unstressed cells corresponding to the molecular mass HSF2 on SDS PAGE immunoblots. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-HSF2 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HSF2 from Human, Mouse, Rat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Monkey, Rabbit. Dog, Bovine, Sheep, and Pig based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with HSF2 from other sources has not been determined. Heat Shock research.
