Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3743. WM3743 is a primary post chemotherapy melanoma cell line that displays a mesenchymal morphology. This cell line expresses wild type N-RAS, c-KIT and CDK4 genes. WM3743 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
