Recombinant Anti-PSMA x Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for PSMA and a central site for CD3. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Prostate cancer therapy.
