Description
Rabbit Anti-Human LC3B Polyclonal. Specific for LC3B. Does not detect LC3A, LC3C, GABARAP, GABARAPL1 or GABARAPL2. Detects LC3B-I and LC3B-II. A 1:10000 dilution of SPC-217 was sufficient for detection of LC3B in lysate from cells expressing Recombinant GST-tagged LC3B by electrochemiluminescence analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
