    DescriptionPurity >98% by HPLC. O-O N+ CTP:phosphocholine cytidylyl transferase inhibitor with antitumour properties. It inhibits proliferation of HaCaT cells (immortalized human keratinocyte cell line) by 50% and 94% at concentrations of 3 and 25 μM, respectively. Also used for the treatment of visceral and cutaneous leishmaniasis. It is currently the only effective oral treatment for leishmaniasis.
