    DescriptionSerabelisib is a potent inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase α (PI3Kα) that is selective for p110α in vitro (IC50 = 15 nM for PI3Kα vs. >1 μM for other isoforms, as well as for mTOR). MLN1117 inhibits AKT phosphorylation and growth in PIK3CA mutant breast cancer cells with IC50 values around 2 μM, yet has no effect on cells lacking PTEN. MW: 363.34. Purity ≥98% by HPLC
