Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated from Sickle Cell Anemia (SCA) peripheral blood by diluting the whole blood with PBS and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation,the mononuclear cell layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Fresh SCA PB Mononuclear Cells is available upon request.
