    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human LC3A Polyclonal. Specific for LC3A. Does not detect LC3B, LC3C, GABARAP, GABARAPL1 or GABARAPL2. Detects LC3A-I and LC3A-II. A 1:5000 dilution of SPC-216 was sufficient for detection of LC3A in lysate from cells expressing recombinant GST-tagged LC3A by electrochemiluminescence analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
