No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Defensin Alpha 5, Paneth Cell Specific and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 31.2-2000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 13.1 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Defensin Alpha 5, Paneth Cell Specific were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
