GNF-7 is a multi-targeted kinase inhibitor that inhibits activated CDC42 kinase 1 (ACK1) and germinal center kinase (GCK) inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in leukemia cells harboring NRAS mutations. It also displays significant in vivo efficacy against T315l-Bcr-Abl without notable toxicity in a bioluminescent xenograft mouse model using transformed T315l-Bcr-Abl-Ba/F3 cell line that has a stable luciferase expression.
