Description
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Homocysteine Methyltransferase. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Homocysteine Methyltransferase and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.625-40 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.278 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Homocysteine Methyltransferase were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
