Description
Mouse Anti-Dibromo-tyrosine (DiBrY) Monoclonal IgG1. Specific for 3,5-Dibromo-tyrosine. Does not cross-react with Nitrotyrosine. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-506 was sufficient for detection of 3,5-Dibromotyrosine in 1 μg of 3, 5-Dibromotyrosine conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody.
