Description
Mouse Anti-Tlr12 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3355). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Tlr12 (Toll-Like Receptor 12). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Tlr12 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Tlr12 acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. It plays a role in preventing infection of internal organs of the urogenital system.
