Description
Mouse Anti-Tlr11 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3351). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Tlr11 (Toll-Like Receptor 11). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. Tlr11 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. It acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response.
Immunogen
Tlr11 antibody was raised against this antibody was developed against amino acids 791-806 (LGLRLCLPERDFEPGK) of mouse TLR12; GenBank no ref|NP_991392.1|. Based on sequence homology, this antibody may also detect mouse TLR11. There is a 69% sequence homology (not the 100% sequence homology as reported by NCBI). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Mouse, Rat (100%); Hamster, Platypus (88%).
