Description
Goat polyclonal antibody to MUTYH. MUTYH is involved in oxidative DNA damage repair. It nicks DNA replication errors, specifically A/G mismatches. In 293HEK cells transfected with cds plasmid (myc-his-Mutyh) detects a band of 50 kDa by Western blot.
