This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Range: 0.78-50 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 0.33 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
